a new era dawned in 2005 with the birth of two divas. this marked the beginning of a turbulent 19 years; being born sent their two little sailing boats straight into the storm. as their sails and hulls got battered and bruised and each clung to the wreckage keeping her afloat, they bumped into one another- each world-weary and wrung out so early on in her journey.

this is the story of our platform; our humble place of refuge from the storm rattling the windows of our souls and seeking to tear us asunder. it is where we write. where we play, where we laugh, where we cry. aeiparthenos- meaning “ever-maiden” in Greek, title of Mary and epithet of Athena- is our gift to ourselves. as two young girls navigating the ebbs and flows of the world-ocean, this page is our mode of expression, communication, and existence. whatever we are, whatever we become, here stands the labour of our youth, preserved forever in time.
